    2: ditto

    3: ditto

  3. ok so i'm doing pfd too and here's what you need to do:

define and stick to your definition.

    1) vilolence for whom? the protestors or those against them, because if you are talking about the protestors, then that is against the definition of civil disobedience.  and a point you should use is that those who choose this route know that they must suffer the consequences.

    2) umm... hello? the U.S.'s history is litered with civ. dis. cases.  just browse your history book.  examples: MLK, women's sufferage, the ten commandments in front of court houses,  those are the kinds of things you need to search for.  and dont just use the U.S., find other democracies.

    3) justification doesn't matter in this topic, for the topic only wants to know if it works or not.

    hope this helps you!

  4. Civil disobedience is justified when you cannot gain equal treatment under the law. Such as in NYC during the Rep. convention when protesters were arrested and held in jail so poor Georgie would not know that a great many people did not support him as president.

  5. 1. India close. 2. South Korea against Globalisation,  3. When Human Racism toward Earth becomes suicidal. Like Suicidal Greed, Global Warming. Civil disobedience not enoughf humanity must reject own racist attitudes Once humanity which has rejectedsuch views as racist  and has been taught in educationwhy they are and that they are goal achieved though Civil Disobediance to Human Racism might help.
