Question:

Questions on weight gain?

Lately i've gained a little weight. I'm not bothered i'm quite skinny so this is a good thing for me.

I've been eating more, especially cheese.

The problem is it's just going straight to my stomach. Im a size 10 now, which was my aim, and an 8-10 in tshirts etc.

How can i sort of make sure the weight speads not just sticks to my stomach. I want my arms and legs to be fatter but i can seem to gain weight evenly all over my body!

What would be good exercises to tone my stomach a bit because its getting a little flabby!

Thanks for any help!

  1. If you work out it wouldn't be such a problem. You can, try swimming or doing something with your arms. The muscles will soon go to your arms not your stomach because your using them.

  2. Sit Ups

    Running

    Skipping

  3. Unfortunately you can't spot reduce your stomach.

The first answer is good, lots of cardio and toning, also do some push ups and squats which will help to build muscle by this I don't mean body builder muscle - just more definition, which in itself will help you look fitter and less skinny!

    Good Luck
