No. If anything it is the result of a Bush Presidency weakening America! Look forward to more events along these lines.

nah, it was inadequate actions of a lunatic Georgian president (who killed his own people last year when they protested, thousands, mind you)--even though the US government has no choice but to support him now, I don't think they're happy about his actions--but what can they do at this point.
