when did jointed pool cues first come in to use and when was pool first introudice in to america

  1. mid 1800s photos have jointed cues-The oldest i have is an old Palmer from the 50s

    exact date I dont know in fact i think i asked about the first ones a day or so ago

    You can look it up, by writing  what you want to search, as I was looking at it earlier. Search for," Billiard cues", and then try "history of pool", it's interesting.

    Edit-They started playing pool, around the 1600's, at first it was a game of royalty, but many people played it. It was first played, with two balls, and six pockets, and green cloth repre senting grass.The Queue, meant tail, replacing this other thing they used. Hence que.
