Quiche substitution???

Question

I want to make a quiche using bisquick, but i have no milk. Can i sub water for the equal amounts milk??

please no recipe posts unless it is with the milk sub. i also have no buttermilk or any other kind.

Just use water.  No biggie.  The next time you shop, buy a small box of dry instant milk to store in the pantry for cooking.
