  1. Not at all, Jeet Kune Do isn't really a style as much as it is a concept, even though it does teach many techniques. You are never done learning, there's always room to grow, I've noticed none of those styles is built on evasion or footwork, that's an area you can improve in, and wrestling doesn't have as much ground fighting as Judo or Jujutsu. Wing Tsun is too linear in the clinch and doesn't allot enough techniques to get you enough breathing room to escape, Wing Tsun is offensive, something quick and defensive can also help.  There are so many holes in everyone's arsenal of techniques, just 2 styles and a concept isn't enough to cover everything. You're off to a good start, it's well rounded, but once you're good enough at it, start nitpicking, work on footwork, speed, flexibility, momentum, dynamicism, efficiency, etc. in the styles you know or learn styles that specialize in it to seal the holes ex: Wushu for footwork, speed and flexibility, Karate for dynamicism, Krav Maga for efficiency, etc.

  2. no one will really know if you are set for sure. I do not know how you plan on taking all three at the same time. I would take Jeet Kun Do last since it is supposed to be a method you would learn how to use the wrestling and Wing Tsun (wing chun) in to your own form and not what others wanted it to be for you.
