any simple recipes for a 17 year old that is craving sweets

  1. Even I can make this in 10 minutes.  A no bake cheesecake recipe.

    1 ready made pie crust - I like graham cracker crust

    1 pkg dream whip

    1 package of brick cream cheese,softened

    2 tablespoons of (powdered/confectioner's) sugar (or more if you like it sweeter)

    Prepare Dream Whip according to directions, then add cream cheese and sugar.  Mix in a mixer until smooth.  Chill in the fridge.

    Put topping on chilled crust and top with your favourite pie filling!  


  2. Ok when I want something sweet and warm and gooey I make this:

    1 Hot flour tortilla smeared with peanut butter and strawberry jelly.

    It sooo good.

  3. melt 1cup choc chips in metal or glass bowl placed over pot of water simmering slowly when smooth add 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup peanuts or mixed nuts and 1 cup dry cereal like chex or cheerios or kix

    remove from heat stir and spread on greased cookie sheet or waxed paper alow to cool cut into chunks

    You can now buy pre-mixed cheesecake.  It comes in a large plastic tub.  Just pour into a pre-made graham cracker crust and eat immediately.  We keep it on hand.  Good on cinnamon graham crackers too as a snack.  All can be bought at the supermarket.  Ask a clerk to help you find both.

    Magic Seven-Layer Bars Ingredients

    1/2 c Butter  1 c Butterscotch chips  

    1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs  1 c Walnuts, chopped  

    6 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips,  1 c Sweetened condensed milk  

    1 c Coconut, shredded  

    Instructions for Magic Seven-Layer Bars

    Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle crumbs over butter and add remaining ingredients in layers as given. Bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes. Makes about 40 bars Note: If you prefer a thicker bar, use a 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes longer.

    GREAT COCONUT CAKE  

    1 box yellow cake mix

    Mix together:

    1 can cream of coconut

    1 can Eagle Brand milk

    1 lg. container Cool Whip

    1 pkg. frozen coconut

    Mix cake as directed on box.

    Bake in sheet pan.

    While cake is still hot, pour mixture of cream of coconut and milk over it.

    Punch holes so it will seep through.

    Refrigerate until cool.

    Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle coconut over it. Keep refrigerated.


  5. My sister made this last night, but beware, it can be pretty sweet.

    1. break rice krispies into pieces and put it into a bowl

    2. add gummy bears, fruit by the foot or anytype of candy (reeses, gushers, m&ms..)

    3. add peanut butter, chocolate syrup, and jet puff if you want

    4. mix together

    5. eat until you need milk to swallow it down

  6. CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARS

    1 12-oz pkg chocolate chips

    1 cup chunky peanut butter

    5-6 c. miniature marshmellows

    Melt chips and peanut butter together until smooth.  Fold in marshmellows;  put into a greased square pan and chill. Cut into bars

  7. just take a bunch of cinnamon toast crunch cereal and put it in a bowl with some chocolate chips. Heat it for 1.5 minuets. then put a spoonful of crunchy peanut butter. mix it up and enjoy
