charizard since he's at 3rd evolution, hes also flying, hes one of the 3 first pokemon to choose (as in before cyndicquil, etc.) i also like the fact that he's FIRE which is awesome.

Dragonite, the original dragon type.  He's pretty much a monster.  He and I go way back to the Red/Blue days.

shaymin because it is really really cute and quite good in battles it can also learn some amazing moves and the ones it can learn that are shaymin only moves are fantastic also they look super sweet in shiny :D

Well, my favorite legendary pokemon is kyorgre.  Just because its drizzle ability makes it more useful in battle.  It can learn moves like surf and thunder and use drizzle.  My favorite non-legendary is espeon.  He has high sp attack and speed making many one hit KO's.  I can't pick just one.

My favorite is Charizard. I had him in Fire Red version and he was so good. He learned Earthquake, Fly, Flamethrower, and The super fire move thing lol i got him to level 100 and he was just so good. He also looks really cool
