  1. i have to be at work 3 days a week at 530am and trust me i don't get up extra early.lol. you want protein that will stick with you the longest. portable food is great. string cheese, is the best. it only takes about one minute to scramble an egg and throw on some cheese and put between bread. Now there are some great frozen breakfast sandwiches that rock. one of those and a banana or an apple that's great.. hey have fun and good luck.

  2. Hard boiled eggs are very easy to make. Just boil some water, put the eggs in after it is boiling, then 15 minutes later run cold water in the pan and peel.

Bacon can be cooked very easily in a microwave. Just put the slices of bacon between some paper towels, put it on a plate, then microwave.

Frozen waffles are easy, just put them in the toaster.

  3. Eggs on toast, and a glass of milk.

  4. I used to layer fruit yogurt with granola or apple-cinnamon wheat germ (about 3 layers of each) in parfait glasses, and put in the refrigerator overnight - for my daughters when they were in school......

  5. Use the George Forman Grill to cook sausage patties.  Smash the patties down before placing them on the Forman.  Toast 2 pieces of bread or mini bagels and make 2 sausage sandwiches.  You can eat them on the way to the bus stop if you need to.

I plug the Forman in and let it heat while I am cutting the sausage off the roll.  Once the sausage is cooking, put the toast in the toaster.  When the toast is done, the sausage is almost done, too.

Scrambled eggs are quick and easy.  Add some chopped up pieces of ham and cheese for variation.

You can make pancakes ahead of time or purchase frozen pancakes.  Microwave to warm.

Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls.  Put them into the oven as soon as you wake up.  Set the timer and get yourself ready.  The rolls will be ready when you finish getting dressed.

  6. Fruit/yogurt smoothies

    Yogurt

    Cereal

    Malt-a- Meal

    Cream of Wheat

    Granola bars

    Egg-n-sausage biscuits

    Pigs in the blankets

    Peanut butter toast

    French toast

    Cinnamon toast

    Biscuits-n-gravy

    Waffles

    Pancakes

Or make breakfast the night before and zap it in the microwave the

next morning and you can be out to door in about 5-10 minutes.

  7. scrambled eggs in a  flour tortilla with monterey jack cheese and sourcream mmmmmmm

  8. Cereal bars

    Granola bars

    Yogurts

    Fruits

    Pop tart

    Toaster struedals

theres lots to choose from in your cereal aisle just tell your mom sweety good luck in your new grade! :)

  9. Yogurt in a bowl with chopped walnuts or almonds and diced fruit of choice on top.

  10. Well, be organized.  Be sure your back pack is loaded and in a spot you can easily grab it, shoes are in yoru room, outfit picked out, etc.  Any paperwork your parents need to sign, have them do it the night before and load in your book bag.  That's half the battle.

Lay 2 pieces of toast in the toaster oven.  On one, lay down a slice of cheese.  On the other, a couple thin deli slices of ham or turkey.  Toast.  Then slap the 2 sides together and make a breakfast sandwich.

Scrambled eggs take maybe 2 minutes to break a couple eggs, whip up, and cook in a nonstick skillet.  You can also add that to your breakfast sandwich.

Yogurt + granola + fruit = yummy breakfast

Oatmeal is quickly cooked in the microwave.  No need for that instant junk; use regular quick-cookign oats in a m/w-safe bowl.  Top w/ brown sugar or pancake syrup, butter, a little milk, raisins, and/or fresh fruit.

Bowl of cereal + milk is always good

  11. yogurt smoothies... they make them in to go sizes so you can just grab one and go! Pair that up with maybe a granola bar?

Apples and Bananas are always a good choice

  12. I enjoy two pieces of buttered toast sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and some ice cold OJ.
