that is in episode 10. chiyo attacks kakashi to avenge her son and daughter in-law. she thought kakashi was konaha white fang. but turns it she was wrong so she made it look like she was pretending to joke around. later naruto ask kakashi who konaha white fang is. kakashi said that konaha white fang was his father.

kakashi and konaha white fang look very similar. thats why chiyo mistaken kakashi for konaha white fang.
