Question:

Quick & Easy hairstyle?

What is a quick & easy hairstyle I can create for a wedding I have to attend next week? I don't want to do a basic french-twist, bun or ponytail, but, definitely want it up, as it tends to get really heavy when we dance. I will not have a whole bunch of time to do it, as I will be getting ready at a hotel.

Thanks for all your suggestions ! :)

Oh, &, if you could include a link to a pic, that would be great too !

  1. Why not try an easy but cute up do:

Can be worn with bangs or without, so don't worry about that.

Take your index fingers and put them just above your ears on both sides of your head and trace a line to the back of your head, but still angling the line upward. Secure this section in a ponytail on the back of your head. Take the hair from the nape of your neck and sweep it upward and secure into a ponytail below the other ponytail. take the two ponytails and hold them together and mush them all about and push it to your head. Use bobby pins to pin the hair in a mess to hide the ponytails and bring pieces of hair around to fill gaps (use mirrors to see what you are doing in the back).

Try a head band or a cute little hair charm to jazz it up a touch.

I find stud earrings and a bare neck work well with this style.

The great thing about this style is that it is never the same, you could do it three days in a row and just how you work out the pieces and find new ways to scrunch your hair keeps it fresh and new.

Plus the accessories will be what makes the look.

  4. I know you said no buns.Where you thinking a bun on top of the head?I was thinking a side part and a low bun at the back and low end of your head.Keep the side part soft around your face rather than pulled to tight.I don't have a pic to offer you but I can tell you it's a classic look that never goes out of style.
