Quick ! Im on the phone with Bell PLZ READ?

Now i got a new phone PDAPHone HTC Touch from bell with a contract of 3 years i got a new phone the screen broke down it wasnt my fault they sent me a refurbished phone in like 3 weeks !! BAD SERVICE

Now i picked up the phone yesterday, I realised that this phone the end button is stuck inside like i showed my friends everybody says its unacceptable

Now i take care of my phone my phone was brand new i take care of it like my baby now that oit broke and wasnt even my fault HOW CAN THEY SEND ME A PHONE THATS LIKE IN BAD CONDITION JUST ****** IN A NEW COVER !!! What is my right I have the 1 year warranty with bell !

As far as I know, they should be honoring the warranty. I can see them loaning you a refurbished phone, but they should be fixing your original phone for you in the meantime. If your original phone cannot be fixed, it should then be replaced.
