If you were to say any phrase ending in "by you" like if you asked "what just went by you?" Would you say "Que acaba de ir por tu?" or "Que acaba de ir por ti?"

  1. I would say

Qué es lo que (or)/Quién acaba de pasar enfrente/detras de tí?

  2. " Que acaba de pasar en frente de ti?" or

"Que acaba de pasar detras de ti?

"Que acaba de pasar por ti?" is incorrect, it would mean something like " What just went through you"--lol, reminds me of the movie "Ghost"

@Sue: It should be: "Cual es el nombre del libro escrito por ti?"

  3. Que acaba de ir por ti

  4. hmm...well, I took four years of spanish and got honor roll and I personally think that it's "ti".

  5. ¿Qué es que acaba de pasar detrás de tí (with an accent, btw) or acerca de tí?

Por is by as in something that you did...done by you, written by you, etc. as in ¿Qué es el nombre del libro escrito por tí?
