i can't search the internet that well, so best answer to anyone who gives me a link to a list of seeds that you plant in mid-summer that grow into fruit trees

Most fruit trees don't bare viable seed.  They are basically grafted or propagated into trees.  So, good luck finding a seed that will grow into a fruit tree (with good fruit).  Your best bet is go down to the nursery and buy a couple of small fruit trees to plant (2-3 ft. tall.)
