Quick fix for zits, as soon as overnight would be nice...?

Question

I have several blemishes on my face.

They r all on my chin, forehead, nd i have one above my upper lip, (if that matters)

But they will NOT go away.

What are some common household items, that i do not have to go buy, that will clear them up fast?

Im talkin like overnight fast, or like, 2 days.

Nd dont tell 2 wash my face, bcuz i wash it twice a day.

Nd i have been using proactive for 2 months with no success.

Also, if this, matters, im 14.

my little sister's also 14 :) and gets pimples on her forehead and cheeks. she used clean and clear invisible blemish treatment (i use it too when i get a horrible pimple). it dries up the pimple and within 2 days it usually goes away. if you don't want to buy anything just put some lemon juice on your pimple and leave it there for 20-30 minutes, and rinse off. it dries up the pimple and removes most of the redness. if none of this works for you, i suggest you just buy some foundation to cover the zits for whatever occasion.
