Quick help Needed for Constipation?

I need a quick remedy about my problem.I have problems with my bowel movement.I don't feel urge for toilet to have a proper stool.When i gets up in the morning i feel uneasy and pain in my head and in my eyes.I feel dryness and roughness at my face.

Sometimes i gets discharged but not completely and i feel uneasiness and feel heat on my face and lips & It continues the whole day till i gets completely discharged which sometimes takes 3 days.

I am taking fruits and dairy products which helps sometimes but not always.I want a proper treatment for this severe problem.I am loosing my hairs and i looks more aged than my actual age.

Plz help !!!!

  1. Try a stool softner that you can buy over the counter at any drug store.  It is much milder than a laxative, but follow the instructions.  Also prune juice can work wonders.  But start with a small amount say 6 ounces and then work your way up to 8 or more.  Eating prunes will help.  


  2. Either try over the counter laxatives but if it has been more than three days see a doctor! I think you probably need to get this checked out anyway.

  3. go to a store and get a supisatory.....ones for constipation....it will help

  4. The heat in your face is probably caused by gas. I have had chronic constipation all my life it does not affect your hair, skin or your aging appearance. That may be something else to get checked out.

    The only thing to help it is changing your eating habits, not just when you get constipated but before. Bananas, apples, boiled peanuts, fresh green peas, tortillas (some have a lot of fiber so look for those and put in some cheeseand make a casada out of it. be sure to drink a lot after eating fiber) Raisin Bran every morning, followed by water. You can take a softener but do not take a stimulant unless your blocked, you will become dependent on it and not go anymore on your own. If you dint like prune juice then get the apple/prune bottle in the baby food isle. One of these every night will help a lot.

  5. Try taking a one or two qt warm water e***a with a teaspoon of salt. You will be back to normal in about 15 minutes.

  6. if it was just constipation i would give some suggestions, but with all the symptoms you describe, i would advise you to go to the doctor and get it checked out. don't leave it.  

  7. eat pure 100% canned pumpkin

    mix it in with smoothies

    it has tons of fiber for the constipation
