To say, "I run," I would say, "Yo corro." But how do I say, "I am running," ?

What about, "I will be running," as opposed to, "I will run," ?

Thank you.

  6. Corro can be translated as "I am running", and is used much more than the simple present is in English.

To really get the currency of to be running, you use the "present progressive":  estoy corriendo.

I will be running is the "future progressive"  estaré corriendo (although, again, you can use the simple future in a lot of cases: correré - more literally translated I will run).

  7. ok to say i run is you corro

to say i'm running is estoy corriendo

and to say i will be running ...you correre...and for i will run you voy a correr

  8. estoy corriendo= I am running

Voy a correr = I will run or I will be runnning the same thing.

  9. i am running is yo estoy corriendo

    corriendo-running

    yo-i

    voy-will

    correr-run

a has to be included or else it won't make sense (:
