  1. Yes they are. Any card that stays in play is considered permanent.


  2. Anything in play is a permanent. Only the cards in your library, graveyard, hand, and removed from play are not.

  3. yes they are but you can't destroy a swamp land with a "destrot target black permanant" because it dosn't have a set color for it it's just a land

  4. Anything that stays in play is a permanent.  Lands, creatures, enchantments, Planeswalkers, tokens and artifacts.  Instants and Sorceries are not permanents since they do not stay in play after they resolve.

  5. wait... Yes they are but they don't have a color. My bad. lol.
