Quick meals that are healthy ?

i am a full time student, i work, babysit and need time for homework and studying. i am usually gone 6 days a week running from one place to another. i am given up working out since i am running around so much. but i am trying to watch what i eat which is hard so i am trying to find recipes (or somewhere where i can find recipes) for food that i can make quick and take on the go and that can fill me up for long periods of time.

  1. Keep flour tortillas on hand.  You can use them to put scrambled eggs in for breakfast - cheese for quesadillas for lunch -  and fajitas for dinner:)   ... Keep salads made and on hand in the refrigerator.  Greek Pasta Salad (cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, feta cheese tossed with Greek salad dressing & cooked shaped pasta) is a good one ... or Taco Salad (add the crushed tortilla chips at the last minute) ... chicken salad and egg salad (for sandwiches).  Get a deli fresh-roasted whole chicken.  You can eat it as is one night;  put some BBQ sauce on shredded chicken on buns another night;  make chicken salad;  toss some shredded chicken with jar Alfredo sauce on pasta....

    1 slice american cheese (optional)

    warm the tortilla for ten seconds add all roll and go! Keeps me full for hours!
