Quick memorization of jump courses?

I really need practice memorizing courses bc i usually forget as soon as i walk in the ring... any ideas of some excersize or something to help me

Help! I'm going into the novice level of a hunter/ jumper show and my instructor said the courses should be easy...is that true? It's my first time and I'm REALLY nervous!
