Quick no cook vegetarian energy?

Im going to a club tonight and last time i went i got very tired and natious about 2 hour into dancing,Is there anything quick i can eat that will provide me alot of energy that i vegetarian?

  1. Eat foods high in protein, they will give you lots of energy. You can get protein from the following items:

    almonds

    black beans

    brown rice

    garbonzo beans

    kidney beans

    lentils

    cashews

    pecans

    lima beans

    peanut butter

    pinto beans

    seitan

    soybeans

    soymilk

    yogurt

    cottage cheese

    sunflower seeds

    textured vegetable protein

    tofu

    veggie dogs & burgers


  2. First of all, a couple of hours before you go out to eat, have a good dinner--a good protein, such as sauteed tofu, a potato, and some veggies.  Make sure you give your food time to leave your stomach before you go out.

    Get yourself some Luna Bars or Nectar Bars.  Nectar Bars are just fruit and nuts, maybe some cocoa powder.  I like how there are no artificial ingredients in them.

    And if you get nauseated while dancing, don't drink alcohol.  If you start feeling queasy, get some ginger ale.
