Quick question..... When do you believe all h**l will break loose?

If gasoline prices soar to $7.00 a gallon by late summer or early fall, you will see rioting in the streets and people will take matters into their own hands, finally realizing that the government is impotent to do anything.

If George W. Bush invades Iran (as published reports claim he's planning), you'll see gasoline skyrocket to $10 a gallon because no one will be able to ship any OIL from the gulf.

If the Republican party is almost absolutely certain that an economic depression is about to strike the U.S.A., you'll see a mediocre attempt to win the November elections.

Better the Democrats win by a landslide, then get blamed for the depression [which I predict will happen in October, 2009]. Then Republicans can come back strong in 2012 and continue their raping and pillaging of the world's oil supplies.

Just as they did in 1929, the wealthy will suffer the most when the depression looms. They'll continue to deny it right up 'til the very end, let the champagne flow, and then search for the ledges on tall buildings. The poor are used to living hand-to-mouth; it won't affect them any differently.

But the upper-middle-class and upper-class will not be able to survive without their wealth, their accouterments, and their privileged status. Banks will fail; stock markets will crash; tens of millions will be out of work.

That's when all h**l will really break loose..... -RKO- 06/28/08

I wonder if you mean this literally? If you do, I don't think this will ever happen.

I do think if the dems lose there will be some public outrage (poss. rioting). If the republicans lose, they will go on living and try again next time, they won't riot or anything.

But they will try to undermine the Dem. president as much as they can

All h**l has broken loose already, only reason Japan has not put the American car industry out of business is they have factories here in America and do not want to anger Americas who buy their cars and have the backlash agaist them, also with the tainted food problem and the floods in the mid-west we have been asleep at the wheel  so our food supply will keep getting worse and smaller, food prices will continue to rise to the point of taking food out of middle class and poor peoples mouths.  With the election we will either elect a man who I respect in Obama but his views will lead America to the wrong way of we scraping around the world saying sorry to everyone the bush administration has made mad <shameful>.  And with the  McCain he is a joke in my opinion, he has no views of his own to express,  just rehashing all the old views that got us in the situation we are in now, he says I was a war hero and such <SO!!!> how do you plan on helping America right now. Vietnam war was a  LONG time ago and that America is dead in my eyes this is the new America so why is he still playing on that. The "whole" bush years need to be purged from our records and we start anew, we just need to someone who is going to show us their is light at the end of the tunnel not someone will have Americans on our knees or someone who will continue the way of Pres Bush so far that will put America on it back in debt with all the high prices we are paying now!!  So we are already in h**l the fire just not hit us yet!

I think if McCain wins the White House it'll be riot city across America.

Too many idiots that believe the term Democracy means "If I don't get my way, I'm gonna run wild in the streets and loot and set stuff on fire!"

I honestly believe people are that lit up about this election and believe Obama has already won it. If you take that away from them, get ready for the nationwide temper tantrum.
