there is a secret tunnel thats under the road its all the way at the top before you get to the main tunnel enterance

That's a hard one. Starly is a very good Pokemon if you evolve it all the way- It gets pretty good speed, with good attack, but poor special attack, defense, and special defense. It's what you would call a glass cannon.

I have one, and it is one of the strongest members on any of my teams. It is Jolly nature, and it knows U-Turn, Brave Bird, Return, and Close Combat, but of course you can teach yours whatever you want! Jolly or Adamant are generally the most preferred natures. Jolly raises Speed but lowers Sp. Attack, and Adamant raises Attack but lowers Sp. Attack.
