Quick question re car rental with enterprise?

I made a reservation and was told that a $300 deposit was needed with a debit card... Does this mean they charge $300 plus the rental fee, or only the $300 and then when the car is returned the return the remainder from the fee subtracted to the $300, or only hold your card until the car is returned and charge the fee's plus any other charges to the card??

Speak with Captian Picard, since you are renting from the enterprise, he might get you a great deal without any deposit.

Use a credit card, you won't need to deposit any amount.  

300 will be removed and when you return the car you'll get the balance back.
