I have been trying to figure out this one out but cannot :(

What form of subjunctive LLEGAR goes in the blank?

       Llegue, as others have said.  You might want to try this method if you get stuck.  Take the Yo form of the present indicative, drop the last letter, and add "e."  But the "u" has to be added to '-gar" verbs to maintain the sound of the "e."

    ¡Ojalá que LLEGUE a tiempo mi familia!

    The conjugations with the other personal pronouns would be:

    Yo llegue, tú llegues, usted llegue, él/ella llegue, nosostros lleguemos, ustedes lleguen, vosotros lleguéis, ellos lleguen.

    Notice that the ending of the verb in infinitive (-ar) transforms into an (-ue, -ues, -uemos, -uen) depending on pronoun; the preceding (u) is there, because the prior letter is a (g), otherwise it wouldn't be there.
