  1. just eat vegetables lunch and dinner and if you can raw for at least one month straight  and 1 yogurt for breakfast, 3 literslof water per day considering some excercise half an hour a day and if you can 1 hour a day. and at night just 10 to 20 minutes of exercise before going to bed. be careful this way of dieting is strictly  only for people who don't have activities otherwise your work would be enough as your exercise
