Quickest Way to Burn off Apple Pie?

I've just had a massive piece of it and now feel REALLY bloated and hate it.

I'll give it an hour to digest, then I want to get rid of it.

I usually do Wii Fit, but which activity burns more calories?

    the bloating or the weight that you'll gain with it?

    if the bloating, there's nothing you can do about it. you'll just have to wait for it to go down.

    if its the weight, one piece of apple pie will not make a difference... unless you do this often.

    losing weight isn't something instant, you can't eat something and then burn it off immediately after you eat it. the same way you won't see that weight you'll gain from eating apple pie for days, you won't see the result from burning calories.

    you aren't overweight, so just stop worrying about it. just watch what you eat and keep working out, in the long term you'll look great.

  5. skip rope :):)  It burns of many calories fast and is very effective as cardio excercises help get rid of calories very rapidly.   Try to skiip about 100 jumps and your bloated feeling may dissapear eventually within the jumps.
