I am going to the same party as my ex in about half a week and i want to look FABULOUS. any tips on quick/easy weight loss?

    1)exercise to build muscle-3x per week(20 minutes per session)

    2) eat to increase your metabolism rate-don't skip your meal-breakfast,lunch,dinner and 2 snacks between meal..take smaller portion every meal...

    3) water for detox-drink a lot of plain water. for every 25 kg you gained, drink 1 litre of plain water...

  6. if you have the will power: then drink warm/hot water with a half squeezed lemon and cayenne pepper or cinammon if u havent got cayenne. just live on that and if u feel like ur fainting have a spoon of honey or a very small cube of cheese. drink lots of water and herbal tea! it's worth to starve for a couple of days to sea the jealousy in his eyes!!!!!!!!

    if u can't do it then

    have 4 prunes in the morning with herbal tea.

    1 green apple in the morning

    for lunch: celery/vegs home made soup with no stock!! or oil or cream!! no potatoes allowed!! use spices and lemon juice instead!

    dinner: steamed beans, mange tout, brocolli, carrots as much as u want,

    when hungry drink fresh carrots juice (u squeeze it)

    completly fruit smoothie no milk or sugar home made

Lamont R pretty much summed it up with the burning more calories and eating less part.  I actually wrote that for someone elses weight loss question and my advice was deemed "terrible" even thought it's on just about every fitness web page for losing weight.  Maybe I didn't go into enough detail.  Anyway, yeah, consume less calories than you are burning off thoughout your day.
