Quickest way to add speed and power to 2004 f150/ on a budget?

I want some extra speed and pep to my truck. Help with where to start with adding some performance parts but I'm on a budget

Fresh tune-up. Cool air snorkel system, check the truck out for extra junk you're hauling. You could look for a performance chip on ebay or craigslist.
