  1. Take lots of vitamin C. Sunburn damages your skin and causes free radicals, so antioxidants - vitamin C & E - will help repair the skin. I don't know how much Vit E to take but I know you can take thousands of IUs of Vit C and it won't hurt you because it's water soluble. Take it throughout the day because it flushes out of your system pretty quickly.

I know a lot about vit C but not as much about vit E, but I've read that you can put Vit E capsules directly on your sunburn - those gel capsules.

  2. compress it with cold water and lavender essential oils. after your skin not got burn anymore then applied aloe vera gel.

  3. you might want to try some aleve or any ibuprofins you can get otc. as the skin regenerates, it may also get itchy, so anti itch creams might work well. it can take a week or more to heal, depending on how bad it is.

  4. Go to a Health food store or Wal-Greens and bye Coco-Butter. Put it on overnight and it will be gone in the morning.
