will doing 2 minutes per day of pitter pattering increase my quickness or speed? when i say pitter pattering, i am talking about the exercise mostly used in football and basketball where you get into a defensive or ready position and tap ur feet on the ground over and over as fast as you can.

  1. you can do plyometrics they improve your quickness  or you could get a running parachute
