Quiet Appeal expected to win Series Handicap
Quiet Appeal is expected to unleash a winning performance in the Beverley Middle Distance Series Handicap that will be held at Beverley racecourse on Wednesday, May 30. The Class 5 contest over the distance of 1 mile, 4 furlongs and 16 yards is set to start
at 8:35 (GMT).
Pursing the prize cheque worth £2,588, the Mark Johnston-trained bay filly will compete against 9 rivals such as Cappielow Park, Byron Blue, Harry Buckle, Shivsingh, Minnie Diva, Spirit Na Heireann, Lost Highway, Twin Ivan and Lady Kashaan.
Quiet Appeal possesses a decent track record. With the dawn of 2012, the three-year-old veteran runner gained immense confidence and energy that helped her accomplish some iconic marks.
After breaking her maiden on January 19, the talented runner elegantly finished 5th in a big race on March 5. She moved on to grab top spot again in her second last outing on April 18.
The talented daughter of Cape Cross out of Rise And Fall finished 3rd in her last start on May 9. Overall, the fantastic filly has won 2 of her total 11 starts to date.
If Quiet Appeal manages to capitalise well on her capabilities, she will have up to 90 percent chances to finish first in the Series Handicap.
However, Lady Kashaan will wrest success from Quiet Appeal. The Alan Swinbank-trained bay filly grabbed a third on April 14, 2012. She moved on to accomplish her maiden triumph in the subsequent race on May 21. The 5-race novice runner seems to be in good
form that will surely lend a great hand to her in today’s mega marathon.
There will be a close clash between Quiet Appeal and Lady Kashaan, and this is likely to make the event interesting and amazing enough.
Among the other runners, Minnie Diva is likely to do well in the race. The Kevin Ryan-trained bay filly excellently finished as a runner-up in her last outing on May 7, 2012. She is looking to break her maiden by winning Series Handicap.
Thus, there is going to be a tough battle in the race. Quiet Appeal will have to fight with her back to the wall in order to thrive. Good luck to all the runners.
