Quiet beach in menorca or majorca for a short holiday in late september?

Actually, Cala D'Or is in the south east of Majorca, and in Cala D'Or itself there are quite a few different coves.  Cala Gran is the biggest, and can be quite busy, even in September.  Cala D'Or is smaller and quieter.  Not too far away are Cala Ferrera, Cala Esmeralda and Cala Egos, which is the smallest, and quietest.  The weather can be lovely late September, but we've also had some dull, windy days too.  We're going to Calas De Mallorca for the fifth time in September, which is also on the east coast.  Calas is a fairly quiet resort, with only one decent beach, Cala Domingos.  Best hotels near the beach if you choose Calas are the Hotel America or Hotel Samoa - both are All Inclusive.  Wherever you choose, have a good holiday.

Weather's pretty good in both islands in Sept.

Menorca accommodation is a bit more expensive though, but they are both great places to visit at that time of the year.

ca la dor in menorca is awesome, and the weather should be nice too. its a small bay with good snorkelling and beautiful beach too. have a good one wherever u go!

we had a lovely short break in Can Pastille Majorca. The weather was really pleasant in December!We stayed in the Anfora Hotel which is probably 20 steps from the quiet beach.Bernard's  restaurant along the front serves the biggest and best fish lunch I've ever had. I will certainly return! Have a good holiday wherever you go!

Should be nice on eithe island but Menorca tends to be quiete and a bit more windy.  I will be in Majorca first two weeks of October.
