Quiet jacuzzi tub?

I've been thinking of installing a jacuzzi tub in my bathroom but theres a catch. I live in a condo so noise is a huge issue. The building is concrete but even so I know if I run a power sander in my suite, the people upstars can hear it. So the question is, can anyone suggest a jacuzzi tub that runs silently or at least very quiet or are they all pretty loud?

What's your budget?  The more you can spend then the quieter and more feature rich a whirlpool tub you can get.

Jacuzzi is the name of a company that has become synonymous with whirlpool tubs and spas.  They have at least three different lines of whirlpool tubs that would fit into a typical bathroom.  The quiter ones provide "gentle massage" and the louder ones provide "invigorating massage".  They have whirlpools that offer either or both in price ranges from under $2000 to over $7000.  The link to the Jacuzzi selector as well as each of the three products lines is listed below.
