Quinceanera fifties theme?

i need any ideas for sweet 15 fifties themes basically we want it tobe like rock & roll/grease/fifties theme and we need like a dress idea or the favors or decorations or anything of that kind

Poodle skirts were all the rage, but so were pedal pushers and tight sweaters or full skirts with big petticoats and tight, fitted bodices.  Hairstyle was a high ponytail with a scarf tied around it.  Penny loafers which you won't find anywhere nowadays but you can at least wear bobby socks.

Go to goodwill or salvation army store and see if you can find some old LPs o4 45s to incorporate into your decorations since there were no CDs or even tapes back in the 50s.

Guys hairstyles were slicked back and they wore STARCHED blue jeans and white T-shirts.

If you can find an old phonograph someplace, use that and old records for music.  And food would be hamburgers and frosty mug root beer like you could get at any drive in burger joint - the kind where the waitresses roller skated out to the cars.

If you have a screen for showing movies, rent American Graffiti or Lords of the Flatbush as part of the entertainment.  Both are very true to the character of the fifties.

You could divide everyone into "Squares" and "Drapes" like they did in the Jonny Depp movie Crybaby. Have some dress as good kids and some as rebels.
