How do I soak and sprout quinoa?

I accidentally soaked my brown rice for 1.5 days. Is this bad? How long do I sprout for?

Here's instructions on how to soak rice (it won't sprout too largely, mostly just a very tiny bulge and sprout when it's ready):

It looks like you can go a day and a half soaking them but the site reccomends draining, rinsing and refilling the sprout container to keep the water clean and fresh.
