According to sources, the two mates will share one of their most specials meals before the two teams start to take part in training sessions.

Comerica Park, showcasing his impressive hitting abilities. Both Berry and Jones grew up together in the same town and they share a very unique relationship. In San Diego, they started their baseball career while playing for their high school.
"We worked out the last four or five years together and just pushed each other," Jones said in a post game interview, recalling his memories. "It's special for him to get to the bigs, special for me, and I think for San Diego, our high school, our elementary
school, all our friends. We're both playing major league baseball, and that's rare."
"We met when we were 5," Jones further added with a smile on his face. "I don't remember the actual first meeting. His mom lived next door to my grandmother. We've known each other for 20 years.”
