Quit job 3 years ago that i got hurt on now it's acting up again can i claim work comp? nothing came of it b4?

I got hurt at work and they sent me to their dr. didn't do x-rays or anything and i had to ask to go home the rest of the day. went back the next day to work with a sprained ankle. Now 3 years later my ankle is really buggin me, can i go to the dr.s and claim it work comp?

if you reported it as a work related injury and you have the documentation, then yes you can reopen your claim for up to seven years after the original incident.  But, you are going to have to find a doctor that will diagnose it as that first injury, which may be tough because it has been so long.
