quit smoking is a really hard things to do in life for addition smoker....

they know the disbenifit of smoking n yet still smoke... the more u wan to quit... the more stress u are... the more stress u are... most likely u will buy a pack... onces u buy a pack

u will tell yr self... after this pack i will quit... one short finish the 3-4 stick n never buy agian .. next u will force yrself not to smoke.... the next moment u feel very uncomfortable n irrition without cigarette

... the drug is more powerful then human habit..... so to quit u really next to work it out to yr own method

the good is.... quiting u will benifit good health... look fresher.... no cigarette smell.. whiter teeth.... save money

confidences.. no more ligthing a cigarette to solve yr stress... freah air breath in...

but if u quit u will ancounter... irriation.... controling yrself while sawing yr friend smoke... fustruted..

lack of concentration without taking a puff... some negative words given from some smoker friends... its not impossible la...

why make yrself so diffcult... go buy a pack la...

agree what i say? i am a heavy smoker... without cigarette make me unprotected without it.. n lack of concentration...

i already set a mind for quiting.. but fail... cus the cigarette is expensive... but affortable if u really want it...

i buy it for in case of irriation.... how to quit?

i getting my car soon... hope this will force myself to quit smoking due to the tight spending allowance for owning a car

yet i spend abit more money but i got a car n good health instead of keep smoking with bad health... lol

i spend around $300++ per/month on cigarette....
