I hear that nicotine itself leaves in 3 days, but there is something called cotinine and 3-hydroxycotinine thats lingers in the body, so how long to rid this so it does not show up in a nictotine testing?

  1. Nicotine and cotinine are rapidly eliminated by the kidney; the window of detection for cotinine in urine at a cutoff level of 200 ng/mL is expected to be up to 2-3 days after nicotine use
