  8. I'd say its a generated announcement text (phonetic) and it is centred around a lost child parents names Bill and Jasmine or this could be the children's names. The first...ni how...sounds like hello or how do you do. The last xie xie is apparently thank you.

    I'm quite sure its Chinese, but I can't translate it. But, a few days ago I received a mail in which there were some Chinese sentences compared with some English ones. The two sentences were almost similar, they had a few similar words so I think the translation would say:

    How are you?

    My sister would sing in the rain,

    And my father, mother, lil sister and my brother too,

    My lil sis's name is Jasmine,

    She is so cute,

    She sticks her tounge out.

    My elder brother's name is Bill,

    He too is sweet,

    But loves to play!

    My story about my brother ends!
