Quiznos employees, how do you clean your ovens?

You know, the ones with the tracks. Do you take the chains off, or do you just spray the oven cleaner on and clean it? How do the managers or you guys clean them?

you can do eithr one but both would be the best and there is this gel one of my coworkers was tellin me about and if u rub it on there the stuff comes rite off
