Well, that depends. If you're not worrying about calories and fat go with Quiznos. They give you more food for your money.

But if you're looking for a healthier alternative you should go with Subway.

I like Quizno's better but I definitely go to both places... I like the Honey Bourbon Chicken on wheat at Quizno's and the tuna sub on white toasted at Subway
