Quotations or Underline?

Question

Ok i'm writing a paper over my observations in a first grade classroom and i'm writing how the read the story out of their reading books... now i think that the story out of the reading book is actually a book >> There is an Alligator Under my Bed or something like that so since it is a book do i underline it or becuase its out of a reading book do i put it in quotations?
