11:11 is the time you wish they say if you wish at 11:11 it will come true...

so in the picture the person wishing on11:1 was sayig tat they were wishng for a lover or a crush :]

I always did this with my kids it was fun 11:11 is the only time of day all 4 numbers can possibly be the same. my grandma used to say "it is 11:11 make a wish".  so I did it with my kids when they were small before they were in school.
