Quote from Oedipus??

Question

So obviously the harmatia of Oedipus is his arrogance, and from doing an internet search I seem to have found the quote "You pray to the gods? Let me grant your prayers." said by Oedipus which demonstrates this perfectly. Apparantly this is somewhere around line 245, but I can't find it in my translation by E.F. Watling. Who is the translator of the version of Oedipus with this quote in it??
