  1. FIre with fire - just insert your situation -

    Someone yells, you yell back, you just have  lot of yelling. Hatred with hatred, you get more hatred - nothing is being solved.

    You don;t want to fight love, right? But you can respond to love with love, and your gonna get more love!

    but this saying usually refers to a negative situation.


  2. Put this in context of the Cold War. If the Soviets fought fire with American fire (Fire=nuclear weapons) then thats one heck of a problem. In terms of love? Well.... Maybe if there&#039;s an arguement don&#039;t fight to hard?

  3. it means that if someone does something bad to you and you try to get revenge on them, the problems just going to get worse.
