I just read the article on this on wikipedia, and it really effed with my head.

Anyway, can anyone give me some simplistic quotes that represent solipsism? Or perhaps some kind of quote somewhat related to it?

Arthur Collins at his blogsite started with this.

"We don't think that solipsism is how things really are. Maybe that is because, were solipsism true, everything that exists would be mental. "

The second site is White Rose who says this:

"Solipsism- the belief that you are the only one in the universe. This is more of a mind excersice than an actualy belief system. The Matrix touches upon many points of solipsism and makes the general point. What if reality is an illusion? In a Philosophy Forum link it says this:

"Solipsism claims that only the self exists ultimately"

So based on these three sites it appears to reality is based on what one perceives it to be real and true in his own mind.  Is that what you got?
