I'm not sure of the context but a couple that might work for you:

You catch more flies with honey than with lemons.

You are entitled to your opinion.  So am I.  We don't have to agree but we can respect each other.

You may be right.  (Of course you really think they're idiots, but no one can continue arguing if you can say this to them without sarcasm!)
