Quoting multiple pages of a book in a 3-page essay?

I read The Bluest Eye for a banned book project and now I have to write a 3-4 page essay about it. There is one specific section that I need to include directly, but that section is 4 pages long in the book. Is there a way (without separating parts with ... ) to quote these pages?

To be specific, if anyone has read the book , it's pages 63- 66, the part about women's lives.

  1. If you're doing a 3-4 page essay, you don't want to include a four-page quote.  Maybe a short paragraph in one or two places, max.  The essay should mostly be YOUR thoughts on the book you are discussing, with sufficient quotes to support specific points.  You certainly could REFER to pp. 63-66 in your commentary on the book's treatment of women's lives, but you wouldn't want to quote all that.
